The board of directors of Wayne Corporation voted to remove him as acting CEO and temporarily place none other than Oswald Cobblepot, who nobody knows is the actual Penguin, a terrorist behind the attack on the TV station, as acting CEO. Oswald seems to enjoy his new role and doesn't let Bruce leave the office gracefully.
